How to Use LiveOrder Pro

Follow these steps to get up and running in minutes.

Install the Extension

Open the Chrome Web Store and search for "LiveOrder Pro", or click the direct link. Click "Add to Chrome" then confirm by clicking "Add extension". Once installed, you'll see the LiveOrder Pro icon in your Chrome toolbar.

💡 Tip Pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access: click the puzzle icon (🧩) in Chrome → find LiveOrder Pro → click the pin icon.

Set Up Your Products

Click the LiveOrder Pro icon to open the side panel. On the start screen, click "Products & setup". Add your products with their name, variants (color, size), and stock quantity. You can also import products from an Excel or CSV file.

💡 Tip Set the correct stock count before going live — the extension tracks it in real time as orders come in.

Activate Your License

On the start screen, click "Enter license key" at the bottom. Paste the license key from your purchase email (format: LOP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and click "Activate license". A PRO badge will appear once activated.

Start a Live Session

On the start screen, tap the platform you're going live on — TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube. Then start your live stream on that platform. LiveOrder Pro will begin listening to comments automatically.

💡 Tip Make sure the live stream tab is active and open in the same Chrome window as the extension side panel.

Watch Orders Come In

Viewers comment keywords like "mine", "order", or "pabili" followed by their product choice. LiveOrder Pro detects these automatically and adds them to the Orders list with the buyer's name, rank, and item.

💡 Tip You can customize the order trigger keywords in Settings → Keywords to match how your buyers normally comment.

Manage Orders in Real Time

Each order shows the buyer's rank, name, and requested item. Tap "Confirm" to lock in an order (green), or "Waitlist" (amber) if stock is low. Buyers can cancel by commenting "cancel" — LiveOrder Pro handles it automatically.

💡 Tip Tap the buyer's name to open their profile directly — useful for messaging confirmed buyers after the live.

Switch Between Products

Use the product tabs at the top of the orders list to filter by product. During a live, tap "Next ›" in the current product bar to move to the next product — great for flash sales and multi-product lives.

💡 Tip The Stock tab shows you remaining inventory per variant (color/size) in real time.

End Session & Export

Click the stop button (■) in the top right to end the session. A summary screen appears showing total orders, confirmed count, and top products. From there, export confirmed orders as an HTML report — ready to share or print.

💡 Tip The export includes profile links for every buyer so you can message them directly on the platform.
